Using advanced optical satellite communications and orbital computing technologies, we’re creating a high speed network that transmits remote sensing data from space in real time. Our goal is to develop infrastructure that enhances social safety and security by facilitating instantaneous assessment during disasters and swift detection of information regarding suspicious vessels.
High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) and multi-layered use of satellites
In addition to geographically unrestricted satellites, HAPS are deployed above Earth to establish a multi-layered network, enabling “Super Coverage Extension” to cover mountainous and remote areas, the seas, and even outer space. We’ll develop new markets through network relay and with the use of HAPS remote sensing and other applications.
Expansion of Satellite Phone and Communication Services
Alongside “WideStar”, our satellite phone service operational for over 20 years, we’ve been offering “Starlink Business” since 2023, with our inaugural strategic collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region with “Project Kuiper” by Amazon. Leveraging NTN technology, we’re committed to building a network that ensures connectivity to “anyone, anytime, anywhere”.

We are expanding new business using Satellite data for a wide range of projects across the world. Satellite data, like AW3D®, a worldwide 3D digital map using the highest resolution satellite imagery, are applied in many ways to everyday life. Uses range from urban development and infrastructure maintenance, disaster prevention and mitigation, to digital twins and content development in fields like VR and entertainment.
