  1. The 100,000 shares were sold in the market on February 10, 1987, for market making of the opening price upon listing. In consequence, the total number of shares sold in fiscal year ended March 31, 1987 was 1.95 million.
  2. The persons to whom shares were to be allotted were determined by lottery on December 23, 1986, and the period for payment by those persons was stipulated as being January 5 to 19, 1987.
