The term of office of Ms. Kanae Takahashi, Mr. Kensuke Koshiyama, Mr. Hideki Kanda, and Ms. Kaoru Kashima, elected as Members of the Board who are Audit and Supervisory Committee Members at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 19, 2025, shall expire at the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders relating to the last business year ending within two years from their assumption of office.
The term of office of Mr. Takashi Nakamura, elected as a Member of the Board who is an Audit and Supervisory Committee Member, shall expire at the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders relating to the last business year ending within one year from his assumption of office.
