NTT Group participates in Locked Shields 2023, an international cyber defense exercise organized by NATO CCDCOE

TOKYO - April 19, 2023 — The NTT Group is pleased to announce its participation in Locked Shields 2023, an international cyber defense exercise organized by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) held from April 18 to 21.

This is the second participation following the last year for NTT DOCOMOOpen other window, NTT CommunicationsOpen other window, NTT DATAOpen other window, and NTT Security JapanOpen other window. Approximately 40 countries are participating to address simulated cyberattacks against a fictional nation.
 Team Japan joins the exercise to deepen coordination with like-minded nations and entities and collaboratively enhanced our cyber incident response capabilities by teaming up with Australia, involving Japanese government agencies and private companies, the Australian Department of Defence, and others.
