NTT Decides on "NTT DATA, Inc." as Name of New Overseas Operating Company

TOKYO - August 25, 2022 - NTT Corporation ("NTT") has announced the following changes to NTT, Inc., our subsidiary, determined upon discussion between NTT and NTT DATA based on the "Notice Regarding Realignment to Strengthen the Global Business of NTT Group (Change in Lower-tier Subsidiaries)" ¹ released on May 9, 2022.

Company Outline (Effective date: October 1, 2022)

3) Title and Name of Representative	Kazuhiro Nishihata, Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer (tentative) Tsunehisa Okuno, Representative Director, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer The Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer will be officially determined at a meeting of the Board of Directors at NTT DATA, Inc. to be held after the implementation date of the realignment of the Global Business (October 1, 2022). No change in the Representative Director, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
