Online form

Please use the form below.

  • Reports submitted through the helpline will first be received by the designated external law firm. Personal information, including names and contact details, will be anonymized before the report is directed to the Corporate Ethics Committee and the Audit and Supervisory Committee of NTT, Inc. for review and any necessary investigation into reported misconduct or compliance concerns.

In some situations, a more detailed investigation may require disclosure of your identity. If that happens, we will contact you separately to confirm your wishes.

  • When submitting a report, you may choose to have the information shared exclusively with the Audit and Supervisory Committee of NTT, Inc.

⇒ If you are submitting a report by email, postal mail, or fax, please indicate this in your report. If you are submitting through the online form, please select the appropriate checkbox.

  • The option to share information exclusively with the Audit and Supervisory Committee of NTT, Inc. applies only to reports concerning misconduct or other compliance-related issues involving directors, executive officers, counsellors, or special advisors of the NTT Group.

If the reported matter does not meet these criteria, the contents of the report may, with your consent, be shared with the Corporate Ethics Committee so that an investigation can be conducted.
If you do not wish to consent to sharing your report with the Corporate Ethics Committee or to an investigation conducted by the Committee, please clearly state this in your report and include the reason.

  • You will not be subject to any disadvantageous treatment by the NTT Group for making a report, as long as the report is made in good faith.

Please note

  • This helpline is intended only for internal whistleblowing reports involving the NTT Group and its employees. We are unable to respond here to questions or feedback about NTT Group services.
  • If customers submit inquiries or feedback regarding NTT Group services through this helpline, the information provided, including names and message content, may be shared with the relevant company without anonymization so the company can respond to the inquiry or feedback.
