NTT's Stance on the State of the NTT Act

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT; head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akira Shimada; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has announced its stance on the Act on Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, etc. (the “NTT Act”), as described below.
　The Company has previously expressed its stance at press conferences and at deliberations organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), and today is reiterating it in this document.

This document is the same as the one submitted by the Company to the Liberal Democratic Party's Project Team meeting on the NTT Act, held today.
