Today, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation ("NTT") notes the media report (morning edition of the Nikkei, etc.) regarding NTT's plan to make NTT Data Group Corporation its wholly-owned subsidiary, but this report is not based on the announcement by NTT.
NTT plans to make a decision regarding this matter by a resolution of its Board of Directors today and will promptly make an announcement if and when it becomes necessary.
