Announcement of Organizational Changes

TOKYO - May 9, 2025 - NTT Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akira Shimada; hereinafter "NTT") will restructure its organization as outlined below.

Details of Organizational Changes

  1. (1)Establishment of Legal Department
    In response to the increasing complexity and diversity of legal risks associated with the expansion of overseas operations and the use of technologies such as AI, the company will dissolve the Legal Office, which is currently part of the General Affairs Department, and establish the Legal Department as a department directly reporting to the President.
  2. (2)Establishment of Audit and Supervisory Committee Office
    In line with the company's transition to a Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, aimed at further enhancing its corporate governance framework, the Office of Audit & Supervisory Board Members will be dissolved and replaced with the newly established Audit and Supervisory Committee Office.
