An information system using smartphones and digital pens was built in order to more smoothly transport emergency patients to hospitals and provide fluid treatment.Emergency workers can use smartphones to check the status of emergency hospitals while selecting where to take a patient.Because data can be sent to destination hospitals in advance, hospitals can prepare to receive a patient before they arrive. The system now has a 100% usage rate in Kagawa prefecture, and there have been many inquiries from municipalities such as Hiroshima prefecture. There are plans to proceed with efforts toward creating such systems.

Reducing the burden placed on childcare workers by requirements to create various paper forms by hand and manage them is a challenge faced by many nurseries. However, the Nursery Attendance Management System records and stores nursery attendance times by children, previously written and managed by hand, by simply holding up an IC card. It also automatically creates forms submitted to municipalities. This reduces the amount of document creation work required of childcare workers, giving them time and psychological comfort and contributing to the creation of environments where children can grow healthily.
