Employing people from around the world

We position diversity management as an important management strategy to achieve this objective and we are actively promoting the development of a work environment where diverse human resources can attain success, regardless of race or nationality.

We employ and appoint people from many different nationalities under the same conditions as Japanese people. We also allow employees to carry out interviews and presentations in English.

Launching the communication platform ONN Yammer

NTT has launched a new communication platform called ONN Yammer with the aim to promote communication between employees engaged in global business as well as with the holding company. We post articles on the website and distribute information via email. Going forward, we will expand usage to domestic companies and other operating companies including the headquarters of NTT DATA Group.
