障がい者雇用×地域企業DXによる共生社会実現

大分県にて、中小企業の障がい者雇用及び企業DXを促進すべく、地元企業と事業協同組合を設立し障がい者を共同で雇用。企業の業務をモジュール化して組合へアウトソーシングし、障がい者がその担い手となることで障がい者の雇用と企業の業務効率化を同時に実現。NTT西のICT商材やNTT西の特例子会社であるルセント社のノウハウを活用したマネジメントを事業協同組合で活用することで障がい者の就労定着・育成を支援。このモデルを通じ将来的に、誰もがいきいきと働ける、真にダイバーシティなまちづくりを実現。
In Oita Prefecture, a business cooperative was established with a local company to jointly employ persons with disabilities in order to promote employment of persons with disabilities at small and medium-sized enterprises and corporate DX. The employment of persons with disabilities and the improvement of business efficiency at the same time were realized by outsourcing business operations of enterprises to cooperatives in a modular manner, with persons with disabilities serving as the agents. By utilizing management utilizing ICT products of NTT West and know-how of Lucent Co., Ltd., a special subsidiary of NTT West, business cooperatives support the employment retention and development of persons with disabilities. Through this model, a truly diverse community can be created in which everyone can work actively in the future.
