One factor hindering D&I is "unconscious bias." In July 2024, we released "karafuru AI," a generative AI tool that counters unconscious biases. By training with an AI partner in various 1-on-1 workplace scenarios, users are compelled to change their behavior. Training material can be personally customized, and users can begin with 5 minutes per session, allowing for consistent and efficient training. We support the promotion of D&I in organizations through behavioral changes in every one of us.
