A new way to learn: School in the metaverse

NTT EAST - Kanshinetsu Saitama Branch

NTT EAST - Kanshinetsu Saitama Branch, in collaboration with Saitama City, is implementing "a new learning environment for absentee children using the Metaverse” as one of its community-based ICT solutions. Through this demonstration, we will help realize an education system in which no child is left behind, by enabling students to feel the presence of their classmates with similar concerns through a realistic 3D metaverse, and to learn together using avatar-based communication.
