While tourist numbers continue to rise, Hatsukaichi City in Hiroshima Prefecture faces challenges such as low occupancy rates, low repeat visitor rates, and low tourist spending.
To address these, we built a tourism data platform that combines tourism consulting and data analysis technology. By centrally visualizing and analyzing various data, we enabled the planning and verification of effective tourism measures based on objective evidence, contributing to the sustainable development of the entire region.
