NTT GDC aims to secure renewable energy (RE) at speed and scale to meet NTT DATA's net zero commitment in 2030 as well as client requirements. One aspect of our RE strategy is securing Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) locally and where possible, investing into new RE power plants to add more RE to the market. In FY23, ~290GWh RE were consumed from PPAs with another 1.4TWh already contracted to come online by FY26 and we are currently reviewing over 1TWh of PPAs globally to secure for the future.
