For an inclusive world: supporting a para-athlete

Always cognizant of diversity and inclusion, we have been actively working to create an environment where disabled people can play an active role in our payments center. As part of our efforts to create a society where everyone can thrive, in April 2022, we hired para-swimmer Kouta Kubota as a symbolic employee.
By having all employees cheer him on as he competed, while also carrying out his daily work duties, we were able to foster awareness for an inclusive society and grow as an organization.
