Online medical check-ups for disaster relief

NTT DOCOMO

In response to the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake, we designed a system that virtually linked doctors with evacuees. By approaching medical institutions as well as evacuation centers, online health consultations were made possible. In doing so, we maintained a medical care system that gave both doctors and patients a sense of security, while also sustaining local medical systems. Through this initiative, we were able to establish a system that can be relied upon in the future as disaster relief.
