児童虐待の相談件数が過去最多を更新し、児童相談所の業務が逼迫。業務効率化が喫緊の課題である中、2020年4月に特別区初設置となった江戸川区児童相談所に対し、コールセンターAIプロダクト「ForeSight Voice Mining」を導入し、電話応対業務の効率化や応対支援を実現。虐待の早期発見や迅速対応を支援して応対力を強化し、業務効率化により児童や保護者に向き合う時間を確保し、児童の安全や生命、人権を守ることに貢献。全国の児童相談所への水平展開に加え、警察や消防、福祉などといった多くの機関・地域への貢献も目指す。
The number of consultations on child abuse has reached a new high, and the work of child guidance centers is under pressure. Improving operational efficiency is an urgent issue, and in April 2020, we introduced ForeSight Voice Mining, a call center AI product, to the Edogawa Ward Child Guidance Center, which was established for the first time in the special ward, to improve the efficiency of telephone answering operations and provide support for answering calls. We support early detection of abuse and rapid response to abuse to strengthen our ability to respond, improve operational efficiency to ensure time to face children and parents, and contribute to protecting children's safety, lives, and human rights. In addition to horizontal deployment to child guidance centers across the country, we also aim to contribute to many organizations and communities, including police, fire departments, and welfare services.
