NTT西日本 四国支店は愛媛県西条市とICT連携協定を2020年度に結び、公民連携による持続可能なまちづくりの実現に向けて地域ポイント事業をきっかけに、市民の行動変容を促す仕組みを構築しました。仕組みの根幹となるアプリ利用者については同市における人口の約4割（約4万ユーザー）が登録しており、市民総参加による持続可能なまちづくりの実現に向け取組を推進しております。

In fiscal 2020, NTT West's Shikoku Branch concluded an ICT cooperation agreement with Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, to establish a system to encourage citizens to change their behavior in the wake of the Regional Points Project to realize sustainable community development through civil cooperation. Approximately 40% of the city's population (approximately 40,000 users) have registered as app users, which forms the basis of the system, and we are promoting efforts to realize sustainable community development through the participation of all citizens.
