さいたま市内の中小企業DX化支援の取り組み
DX for SMEs in Saitama

1.さいたま市内の中小企業DX化推進に向け、さいたま市・さいたま商工会議所と連携した「身の丈IT支援事業」を2021.9より実施中。会議所をOEM事業者化し、課題解決に必要なDX化PKGツール提供を実現。NTT東日本社員も中小企業を訪問し、最適なITツールのコンサルティングと導入支援を実施
2.さいたま商工会議所自体のDX化推進に向け、週1回、NTT東日本社員が会議所に常駐し、DX化による紙の転記業務稼働削減、FAX送信ゼロ化による紙削減等の取り組みを推進中

1.In cooperation with the Saitama City and the Saitama Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we have been conducting the ”Zuijo IT Support Project” since 2021.9 in order to promote DX for SMEs in Saitama City. We have turned the Chamber into an OEM business operator and realized the provision of DX-based PKG tools necessary to solve problems. NTT EAST employees also visit SMEs to consult and assist in the introduction of optimal IT tools.
2.NTT EAST employees are stationed at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry once a week to promote DX at the Saitama Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and are promoting initiatives such as reducing paper transcription operations through DX and paper reduction through zero fax transmission.
