「スマート陸上養殖」での地域循環型社会の創出
Creating a Community Recycling Society through Smart Land-based Aquaculture

日本の水産業は、海洋環境の変化による不漁、担い手不足、為替や地政学リスクなどにより魚の安定確保・供給が課題となっている中、ICTと完全閉鎖循環式の陸上養殖によって、地域の課題やニーズに合わせ、地域のステークホルダーと地域経済に深く根差した新産業として定着させていくことを志向。
場所を選ばず誰もが安心して計画的に生産できる陸上養殖の仕組みを社会実装を推進するために、岡山理科大学の山本俊政准教授が開発した好適環境水®という人工飼育水を活用。成長速度を促進させる水の技術、形式知化された飼育ノウハウなども陸上養殖のワンストップソリューションとして提供。

The fisheries industry in Japan is facing the difficulty to ensure the stability and supply of fish due to less amount of fishing caused by changes in the marine environment, a shortage of human resources, foreign exchange and geopolitical risks, etc. With ICT and fully closed recirculating land-based acquaculture, we aim to establish the new standard fishery industry which deeply cooperated with local stakeholders and supply solutions for local issues and demands.
To promote the social implementation of a system of land- based aquaculture in which anyone can safely and systematically produce fish from any location, we utilize artificial breeding water called “Third Water”, developed by Toshimasa Yamamoto, an associate professor at Okayama University of Science.
We are providing one-stop solutions for land-based aquaculture, including water technology and formalized breeding know-how that promote the growth rate too.
