Green Program for Employee

「Green Program for Employee™」は、CO₂排出量や削減量を可視化し、従業員の環境意識の向上と行動変容を促すプログラムです。データ分析により、自社のCO₂削減量を利用企業全体もしくは業種内で相対評価でき、自社の環境配慮活動における立ち位置の把握が可能です。昨年には環境省デコ活施策として13社と「ONE TEAM CHALLENGE」を開催し成果を実証しました。今後は環境データを活用することで、パートナー企業と新サービス・新製品の開発を行うなど、GX推進を牽引していきます。

The Green Program for EmployeeTM provides visibility into CO2 emissions and reductions, and encourages employees to raise their environmental awareness and change their behavior. Through data analysis, it is possible to make a relative assessment of the company's CO2 reductions within the entire company or industry using the program, and to understand where the company stands in its environmental activities. Last year, we held "ONE TEAM CHALLENGE" with 13 companies to demonstrate the results of the Ministry of the Environment's deco activities. Going forward, we will use environmental data to lead the promotion of GX by developing new services and products with partner companies.
